Platform and Trading

Is it possible to be logged in to several accounts at once?

Yes. Although you cannot be logged in to multiple accounts from one instance of MetaTrader 4, you can open several instances (separate MetaTrader 4 instances running at the same time on your computer) and log in to different accounts accordingly.

Is it possible to access the same account from different computers?

Yes. As long as you have the correct login details, you can login to the platform from any computer, provided your connection settings are correct and the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or your Internet Service Provider.

Can I change the time zone on my platform?

No, you cannot change the time offset on the MetaTrader 4 platform. The platform time is GMT +2, although during US Daylight Savings Time the platform changes to GMT +3 to stay 1 in line with the 5pm New York market close.

Where can I view my trading history?

The trading history can be seen by clicking on the “Account History” tab in the ‘Terminal’, at the lower part of your MetaTrader 4 platform. You can also modify your view timeframes and access reporting features by right clicking on any row in your account history view.

What happens to my open positions when I log out of MetaTrader 4?

Open positions will not be closed until an existing stop loss, take profit or stop out level is reached. Existing limit orders will still be filled if the entry rate is met. Please note for Trailing Stop orders your MetaTrader 4 platform must be open and logged in.

What is a VPS?

VPS stands for Virtual Private Server, and is a very useful tool for traders that use robots/algorithms to trade on the market. These robots often run automatically and independently from the trader, thus are able to explore trading opportunities that manual traders may not be able to. A VPS provides you with the ideal trading environment to maximise the power of robots through eliminating down time and benefiting from extra fast execution speed. How much does it cost to have a VPS?

Tradeu2 offers VPSs to clients free of charge when they open an account and deposit it with a minimum of 500. VPS are valid to 1 month and can be auto renewed as long as the below requirements are met:

  • 1. Close a minimum of 7 standard lots.
  • 2. Keep your account with 500 Equity or higher.
  • If you do not meet the above requirements, your VPS will not be renewed.
  • To claim your free VPS and further information regarding its requirements.

Withdrawals Information

What is the Withdrawal Policy at Tradeu2 ?

Withdrawing funds from your account is simple and quick. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes by deducting the amount from your account.
Profit withdrawals or any amount over the initial deposits can only be sent by bank transfer
Minimum amount to withdraw via Bank Wire Transfer is 200 while iPayments does not allow withdrawals via credit card.

Are there any fees for withdrawing funds?

We don’t charge anything . As for Bank Wire Transfer, please note that you will be liable to intermediary bank fees. For full information, please visit our Deposit Funds Page.

Can I cancel my withdrawal request?

In case you wish to cancel a withdrawal, it is possible, as long as the payment has not been processed. You need to email us to: info@Tradeu2.com and if possible then we will cancel the withdrawal and refund your trading account.

Will I be sent a statement for my account?

You will receive an automated daily and monthly statements. These will be sent to your registered email automatically by the platform, if there has been activity during that period. Can I generate my own account statements?Yes. You can generate statements on request through MT4. Please refer to the 'Account History' tab in your MT4 platform, right click to define the period and then right click again to 'Save a Report' or 'Save a Detailed Report'.

How do I change my account leverage?

Our accounts have a fixed leverage policy, please visit our Trading Conditions page – Leverage Section for further information. However, if you are entitled to change your current account leverage according to the said policy, please email us to: backoffice@Tradeu2

How can I transfer funds to/from a different party?

If you wish to transfer funds to another client of Tradeu2 or receive funds from another client of Tradeu2 , then this is possible as long as the following criteria are met:
1. The request must come from the transferor (to send a request to backoffice@Tradeu2 )
2. We will require the “Inter-Account Transfer” form to be completed and signed by both parties.
3. We will require from both parties to have provided us with their respective signature card.
In order to obtain a form for the signature card, youwill need to send a request to backoffice@Tradeu2 and we will provide you with the form. Each party will need to send us their respective signature card, from their respective registered email address.

Can I have multiple accounts and transfer funds between accounts?

Yes, you can have multiple trading accounts. To request an additional account, you need to log in to My Tradeu2 and submit an additional account request. Once the account is opened you can transfer funds then between accounts directly through My Tradeu2

Can I apply for another demo account?

Yes, you can - select ‘Request Demo Account’ from the ‘Profile Options’ and complete the form. The account will be created in a few seconds and you’ll receive an automatic email including the account details.

How do I apply for a new live account?

If you want to sign up for a live account, or an additional live account, simply select ‘Profile Options’. You’ll then be able to choose between Upgrading to Live Account and requesting an Additional Account.

How do I withdraw funds from my trading account?

You have two options for withdrawing funds from your trading account – go to ‘Withdraw Funds’ and you can either select ‘Bank Wire Transfer’ or ‘Online Payment Gateway’. Please be aware that withdrawal via Bank Wire Transfer will require adding your bank information via ‘Profile Options’ prior to initiating a withdrawal request.

Can I transfer money between my accounts?

Yes, you can transfer any free margin between accounts. From within the ‘My Accounts’ menu, simply select ‘Transfer Funds Between Accounts’ and choose the sending, recipient accounts and the amount then submit your request.

Deposit Information

How do I deposit with ipayments?

To fund your account, login to My account and go to Deposit Funds. From the list of deposit options please select ipayments and follow the prompts.
iPayments only allow a maximum deposit of USD/EUR/GPB 5,000.
However, please note that any funds deposited will be converted to the base currency of your account. *Currency conversion fees may apply.

How do I deposit through a wire?

You can deposit funds via a wire transfer using Megatransfer in a number of different currencies. From the list of deposit options please select Megatransfer and follow the prompts. However, please note that any funds deposited will be converted to the base currency of your account. *Currency conversion fees may apply.
The estimated time for deposits via bank wire to clear and appear in the client accounts is 1-5 business days. Intermediary bank fees may apply.

How can I deposit funds to my trading account?

How long does it takes for Tradeu2 to set up the account from the date you receive the application?

My documents are not in English, will this be a problem?

Tradeu2 has available staff to translate documents in many languages, if a translator is not available, you may be asked to provide a certified English translation. Demo Account

How Can I open a Demo Account?

To open a Demo account, please fill in your details on the demo account opening page (Open Demo account) and follow the instructions that will be received by email.

Does my MT4 Demo account expire?Demo accounts expire after 30 days. To get a new demo account, in the MetaTrader 4 platform go to File>Open an account and you can generate a new login and password.
I did not receive my login and password details when opening an MT4 Demo account. What should I do Your MT4 Demo account login and password are sent to the email address provided on the Demo account application form. If you do not receive the email after you have completed the registration form, please check your spam (junk mail) folder. However, if you have not received them, please don't hesitate to contact us.

HOW DOES THE DEMO ACCOUNT COMPARE TO A LIVE ACCOUNT?

Demo accounts are intended to offer you an opportunity to become familiar with the software and to be able to ask general questions about their use cases. The pricing and execution on demo accounts,while indicative of live pricing and execution, are not a mirror image of what you will see if you sign-up for a live account. The pricing and execution are indicative and should give you a hint about how a live account would function.

WHAT IS EXPERT ADVISOR?

Expert Advisor is a scripting tool offered in the MetaTrader platform. The tool allows users to program and implement their own trading algorithms in automatic manner.
Does Tradeu2 accept trading via Expert advisor and the trailing stop feature?Yes, these facilities are enabled by default for all trading account types.

How can I add an Expert Advisor?

Please save your expert advisor .dll file into MetaTrader’s directory on your computer: C:Program Files- Tradeu2 - experts. Then restart MetaTrader. The Expert Advisor file should appear in the navigator window in MetaTrader. Left click on it and drag it onto a chart of the currency that you would like the expert advisor to trade on.

CAN PROFITS FROM A DEMO ACCOUNT BE COLLECTED?

No. The demo account is only good for practicing trading using virtual money. As this is only virtual money, no profits or losses are awarded to customers.
